Why Miranda is Running
Miranda Lopez is running for the Arizona House of Representatives because too many people in Southern Arizona are carrying the cost of decisions they didn’t make. Neglected public education, rising rent, and environmental issues leave working families behind.
She has spent years organizing alongside the people doing everything right and yet struggling to get ahead: students, educators, renters and neighbors. What Miranda has learned is simple:
"Real change doesn’t come from political talking points. It comes from listening, showing up, and building solutions based on real community needs."
